@marylandstrength is announcing their 2022 Spring Speed and Agility Camp! Prepare yourself for the Spring sports season with this 4-week camp. Sign-up link in BIO or visit their website, marylandstrength.com.
This class is designed to improve athleticism through speed and agility. Athletes will learn proper sprinting form, improve footwork and agility, learn change of direction techniques, and learn exercises to improve sprinting mechanics. Athletes will be tested in the 40 yard dash, 5-10-5 pro-agility sprint, L-drill, and 100 yard endurance sprint. This class is 4 weeks in duration and will take place 3-times per week. For best results, we encourage participants to commit to the entire 4-week camp.
